- Manage banking relationships, bank accounts and cash-management processes
- Build and maintain short-, medium- and long-term liquidity forecasts
- Monitor liquidity requirements and support financing decisions
- Manage credit facilities and other debt-financing instruments
- Coordinate bank guarantees, advance-payment guarantees, performance guarantees and letters of credit
- Optimize working capital together with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing and Operations
- Evaluate customer payment structures and financing solutions for large machine projects
- Support export-financing structures and export-credit solutions such as ECA/Hermes-backed financing where appropriate
- Support financing rounds and other corporate financing projects
- Coordinate public funding and financing programmes together with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish Treasury policies, controls and reporting

Your mission
As Treasury & Funding Manager, you will ensure that LIDROTEC has the financial flexibility required to grow internationally and deliver increasingly complex customer projects.
Your profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or financing
- Strong understanding of liquidity planning and cash management
- Experience with corporate financing, guarantees and banking products
- Experience in an international industrial, machinery or project business is highly desirable
- Knowledge of FX management, export finance, ECA structures or trade finance is an advantage
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Commercial mindset combined with strong attention to financial risk
- Confident communication with banks, financing partners and senior management
- Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and good English skills
