Accounting & Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

You are responsible for making and monitoring payments at home and abroad.
You maintain bank details and the liquidity overview.
You prepare structured receipts, invoices and cost centers for the tax office (DATEV) and mark investments and fixed assets for depreciation.
You support monthly and year-end closing work incl. OPOS reconciliation.
You are responsible for communication with tax consultants, purchasing, HR and management.
You prepare internal reports and financial overviews and are responsible for the introduction and improvement of internal financial processes.

Your profile

Furthermore:

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in finance / accounting / bookkeeping - ideally in an SME or corporate group.
Sound experience with annual financial statements (HGB, GmbH).
Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Excel.
Communication skills and a structured, conscientious way of working.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Ihre Aufgaben

Du bist zuständig für die Durchführung und Überwachung von Zahlungen im In- und Ausland.
Du pflegst Bankverbindungen und die Liquiditätsübersicht.
Du bereitest strukturiert Belege, Rechnungen & Kostenstellen für die Steuerkanzlei (DATEV) auf und kennzeichnest Investitionen und Anlagegüter zur Abschreibung.
Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten inkl. OPOS-Abstimmung.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit Steuerberatung, Einkauf, HR und Geschäftsführung.
Du bereitest interne Reports und Finanzübersichten vor und bist zuständig für die Einführung und Verbesserung interner Finanzprozesse.

Ihr Profil

Du möchtest mit deiner Arbeit echten Impact erzielen und etwas Großes aufbauen.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und löst mit interdisziplinären Teams komplexe Probleme.
Du hast Leidenschaft für Innovation und bist offen für neue Ansätze, um bestehende Grenzen zu durchbrechen.

Außerdem:

Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finance / Accounting / Buchhaltung – idealerweise in einem KMU oder Konzern.
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Jahresabschlüssen (HGB, GmbH).
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und MS Excel.
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
