Fluid Technician (m/f/d)

Your mission

You develop and design individual parts, assemblies, and bring them to mass production.
You plan test benches, prototypes, and commission them.
You will be the point of contact for various system modules.
You contribute to scaling the production (especially quality control and processes).

Furthermore:

Advanced knowledge in CAD (preferably Inventor) and a manufacturing-oriented approach.
Practical experience in assembly, commissioning, quality control, or maintenance of industrial plants.
Knowledge of simulations (FEM, CFD).
Experience in independently managed projects.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Openness to new approaches to solving complex problems.
You enjoy working in a team and are a strong communicator.
You have a passion for innovation and are open to new approaches to break through existing boundaries.
Desirable: Experience in project management and semiconductor industry.

Ihre Aufgaben

Du arbeitest am Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme von Fluidsystemen.
Du planst die Montage von fluidtechnischen Systemen sowie der Integration in übergeordnete Maschinen oder Anlagen.
Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen, einschließlich Anleitungen, Spezifikationen, Systembeschreibungen und Testberichte.
Du arbeitest an der Systemintegration in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie mechanische Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik, Softwareentwicklung und Einkauf.
Du führst Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten an fluidtechnischen Systemen durch und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Systemoptimierung.

Ihr Profil

Du möchtest mit deiner Arbeit echten Impact erzielen und etwas Großes aufbauen.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und löst mit interdisziplinären Teams komplexe Probleme.

Außerdem:

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Fluidtechnik, einschließlich relevanter Komponenten wie Pumpen, Ventile, Rohr- und Schlauchleitung.
Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder ähnlich.
Erfahrung im Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Testständen
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
Selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse mit CAD-Software (z.B. Inventor) zur Konstruktion von Fluidsystemen.
