Technical service employee (m/f/d)

Your mission

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of high-tech machines and systems for our customers at home and abroad.
You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that our products function at the highest level and that our customers are satisfied.
You carry out repairs and fault analyses on our products.
You conduct training courses for customers and internal employees.
You are responsible for documenting service work and creating reports.
You work for us abroad (from the second year approx. 50-70% of working hours).

Furthermore:

Completed training in the technical field (technical training or Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar discipline)
First experience in technical service or a similar function
Affinity for high-tech machines and systems
Very good written and spoken English skills
Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
Desirable: intercultural experience

Ihre Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Hightech-Maschinen und -Anlagen bei unseren Kund*innen im In- und Ausland.
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kund*innen und internen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte auf höchstem Niveau funktionieren und unsere Kund*innen zufrieden sind.
Du führst Reparaturen und Fehleranalysen an unseren Produkten durch.
Du führst Schulungen und Trainings für Kund*innen und interne Mitarbeiter*innen durch.
Du bist zuständig für die Dokumentation von Servicearbeiten und Erstellung von Berichten.
Du bist für uns im Ausland tätig (ab dem zweiten Jahr ca. 50-70% der Arbeitszeit).

Ihr Profil

Du möchtest mit deiner Arbeit echten Impact erzielen und etwas Großes aufbauen.
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und löst mit interdisziplinären Teams komplexe Probleme.
Du hast Leidenschaft für Innovation und bist offen für neue Ansätze, um bestehende Grenzen zu durchbrechen.

Außerdem:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (Technische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin)
Erste Erfahrung im technischen Service oder einer ähnlichen Funktion
Affinität zu Hightech-Maschinen und -Anlagen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Wünschenswert: Interkulturelle Erfahrung
