Fluid Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

You work on the development of fluid systems with a focus on testing and validation.
You are responsible for the design and layout of fluid technology systems for machines used in laser processing in liquids (LidroCUT®), including fluid transport, filtration, monitoring, and pneumatics.
You independently plan and conduct prototype tests to verify the functionality and performance of liquid and pneumatic systems.
You support the assembly of fluid technology systems and their integration into overarching machines or systems.
You create technical documentation, including manuals, specifications, system descriptions, and test reports.
You work on system integration in close collaboration with other departments, such as mechanical design, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and project management

Furthermore:

In-depth knowledge of fluid technology, including relevant components such as pumps, valves, sensors, pipe and hose systems, as well as experience in the design and sizing of fluid systems.
At least 2 years of professional experience in plant engineering, special machine construction, or similar fields.
Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., Inventor) for the design of fluid systems.
Experience in setting up and commissioning test benches.
Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable working style.
Desirable: Knowledge of pneumatics and advanced filtration technology.

Ihre Aufgaben

Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung von Fluidsystemen mit Fokus auf Testing und Validierung.
Du bist zuständig für Entwurf und Auslegung von fluidtechnischen Systemen für Maschinen zur Laserbearbeitung in Flüssigkeiten (LidroCUT®) einschließlich Förderung, Filterung, Überwachung von Flüssigkeiten und Pneumatik.
Du führst eine selbständige Projektierung und Durchführung von Prototypentests zur Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit von Flüssigkeits- und Pneumatiksystemen durch.
Du unterstützt bei der bei Montage von fluidtechnischen Systemen sowie Integration in übergeordnete Maschinen oder Anlagen.
Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen, einschließlich Anleitungen, Spezifikationen, Systembeschreibungen und Testberichten.
Du arbeitest an der Systemintegration in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie mechanische Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik, Softwareentwicklung, Einkauf und Projektleitung.

Außerdem:

Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Fluidtechnik, einschließlich relevanter Komponenten wie Pumpen, Ventile, Sensoren, Rohr- und Schlauchsystemen, sowie Erfahrung in der Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Fluidsystemen.
Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder ähnliche.
Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (z.B. Inventor) zur Konstruktion von Fluidsystemen.
Erfahrung im Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Testständen.
Selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Pneumatik und fortschrittlicher Filterungstechnologie.
